JLM Systems was first established in 2001 as a digital marketing company focused on site promotion primarily for ecommerce sites. Due to the nature of the business, manufacturers have provided sample merchandise for photography, testing and reviews since the beginning. In 2004, we started Camogear.com as a store and clothing manufacturer, which became Tacmor.com in 2017. ThrottleWeb.com was started in 2008 selling website design and hosting, with marketing consultation. However, in 2021, while dealing with the Covid shutdown, the owner returned to motorcycle riding after a long hiatus. Combining his expertise in the digital environment and his enthusiasm for motorcycles, ThrottleWeb.com was reborn as a place to buy new, used, demo and vintage gear at great prices based on condition and level of use.

We continue to scour the web to purchase items, such as seats, exhaust, chrome parts, clothing, helmets, leathers and bars for demonstration and reviews, and to aggregate the latest and greatest new and used parts and gear at great prices. We specialize in Harley Davidson, but also post items for Indian, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Triumph and more. Items are inspected to ensure their safe function, then priced and described accordingly.
Conditions on the site are set as:
- New: Never used in original packaging
- Display: Store display or overstock
- Demo: Possibly installed or slightly worn with little or no ware
- Used: Price based on condition of used items
- Vintage: Reserved for no-longer available, older items
Our goal is customer satisfaction and to be your resource for motor-gear online. We will also maintain several social channels to provide information to new and veteran riders, while also providing entertainment and the opportunity to network with likeminded people.
